At Transvoo, transparency and fairness are at the core of our operations. This policy outlines the commission structure for vendors and the terms surrounding buyer refund requests. By using Transvoo as a vendor or buyer, you agree to the terms stated below.


๐Ÿ›๏ธ Vendor Commission Policy

To sustain a secure, high-performing digital marketplace, Transvoo charges a 15% commission on the sale of each product listed and sold by vendors on the platform.

Key Details:

  • The 15% commission is automatically deducted from the total sale amount.

  • The remaining 85% is credited to the vendorโ€™s Transvoo account or wallet balance.

  • Commission covers platform maintenance, customer support, vendor services, marketing exposure, and fraud protection.

Example:
If a product is sold for $100, Transvoo retains $15 as commission, and $85 is paid to the vendor.


๐Ÿ” Buyer Refund Policy & Fee

In cases where a buyer refund request is submitted and determined to be valid after internal review, Transvoo will process the refund accordingly.

To cover administrative, processing, and dispute handling costs, a 5% refund commission will be applied to all approved buyer refund transactions.

Key Details:

  • The 5% fee is deducted from the total refund amount returned to the buyer.

  • Refunds are only approved when:

    • The product was not delivered or not as described

    • The product was faulty, inactive, or unusable

    • Evidence provided by the buyer is verified and confirmed

  • All refund decisions are final once reviewed and processed by the Transvoo support team.

Example:
If a buyer is refunded $100, a $5 refund commission is deducted, and $95 is returned to the buyer.


โš–๏ธ Dispute Resolution

Both vendors and buyers have the right to open a dispute case within a specified window (usually 3โ€“7 days from purchase). Transvooโ€™s moderation team will investigate all claims fairly and may request evidence such as screenshots, logs, or transaction records.

Failure to comply with dispute processes or repeated abuse may result in account suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
